HOBAS Filament wound buis - type N

HOBAS Filament Wound (FW) glass fibre reinforced Pipe (GFK/GRP) based on UP (unsaturated polyester resins) and VE (vinylester type resin), in compliance with the requirements in accordance with DIN 16965, part 2.

Nominale Diameter [DN] 25 - 4500 mm
Nominale Druk [PN] 1 - 40 bar
Inner Surface Resin rich inner surface (Chemical Protection Layer)
thickness max. 2,5 mm. It starts at least with one pure
resin layer and C-glass fleece followed by e-glass fabrics
(glass content: max 30% and will be increased from inner to
outer layer). Load carrying laminate glass content 45 +/- 5%
Outer Surface C-glass or synthetic fleece and a weather-resistant resin
layer of max. 0,2 mm
